A look at the history and future of the restoration of mankind from God’s point of view.
Note: If you have not read “My Personal Testimony,” please read it before reading this teaching
it contains important information related to what you will learn here.
“In the beginning God…” has always had a plan for man, even after the fall His plan never changed. God has always wanted a family to share his love with, a people that were just like Him. With whom he could be intimate and entrust his creation to as well as carry His creative power. But Satan, the archangel Lucifer, saw what God was doing and wanted that power for himself and in his attempt to steal that power brought about the fall of mankind. Despite what happened God’s plan would not be stopped and knowing the schemes and deceptions that Satan would use to keep man from being restored into his former glory, God would have to keep much of His plan a secret until its appointed time, to prevent Satan from devising a way of twisting and destroying God’s ultimate plan.
Over time parts of that plan were gradually revealed through His prophets and hidden within the scriptures that were given over hundreds of years. Daniel was one of those prophets and discovered from the writings of the prophet Jeremiah that Jerusalem must lay desolate for 70 years after their exile to Babylon. Knowing that the appointed time was drawing near, Daniel set himself before the Lord with prayer, fasting and repentance for his people seeking the favor of God (Read the article: Daniel 9 – From Repentance Comes Revelation to learn more). In humbling himself before the Lord for his people, Daniel was given a revelation, that from the appointed time of the decree there would be 70 weeks or 490 years until the coming of the Messiah, who would put an end to the (1) rebellion, (2) sin and (3) atone for guilt, then bring in (4) everlasting righteousness, (5) confirming prophetic vision and to (6) anoint the Most Holy Place (the Temple for the Messiah). But this revelation was not without its mysteries and at the end of Daniel’s life God commanded him to seal the book and keep it a secret, so that no one would understand it, until the last days when travel and knowledge would be greatly increased (Daniel 12:4).
Nearing the end of this 490 years the Jews knew that the time of the appearance of the Messiah was near, but over the years their understanding of whom the Messiah was and what the Messiah was supposed to do had been twisted by Satan by enticing the teachers to create traditions of men where they were expecting a Messiah that would conquer their enemies and rule their kingdom from the Temple, in spite of that very same scripture telling them that he must be killed. Also hidden within the scriptures, at the appointed time, came John the Baptist who was called by God and rose up bringing his people restoration of understanding, correcting their traditions and preparing the people for the coming of the Messiah. When the Messiah did come he was nothing they had expected, and in spite of the miracles and proofs of who He was, they rejected him and his teachings and finally killed him (5) confirming what was prophesied. His crucifixion brought atonement for sin (2) and guilt (3) and brought in everlasting righteousness (4). But even after the Lord’s resurrection the Jews were still in rebellion (1), and there was no (6) anointing of the Temple for the Messiah to rule. Additionally, seven of the 490 years still remained unfulfilled. [Read the chapter: “Dilemma with Daniel” in the book: Tell Them to Prepare – The Final Restoration for a detailed examination of these things.]
The resurrection of Jesus and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit brought forth a new creature that emerged in the Spirit of Jesus Christ (the Messiah), a body of believers filled with the power of the Holy Spirit who called themselves: “The Way.” In the beginning this assembly of believers grew and thrived in the midst of persecution. They followed the teachings of the Jewish scriptures in the light of the revelation of Jesus and the teachings of the Apostles.
Satan, having suffered a great loss at the cross, being stripped of his power and authority on the earth was left with only the ability to deceive. He continued his attacks against the Jews and these new creatures that had risen in the spirit and power of Jesus Christ; to him they looked just like the Messiah (Hebrew), Christ (Greek), the Anointed One (English) and were called Christians, but were unlike any other nation on the face of the Earth. The growth and power of this new race was much harder to defeat than the Jews he had previously attacked as they had power he could not overcome. If he could not find a way to stop these Christians with their belief of living in the love of Christ they would end up taking over his world. Satan would have to find something even more deceptive and devious than before to overpower them, something that would cause them forget about the power they possessed and make them think they were powerless against him.
In his scheming and seeking to twist the truth he finally created a plan, so devious, so simple and shrewd it was absurd, as he would hide the truth of a personal relationship with Jesus from them by creating a religion that would hide the truth and replace it with a deceptive copy that looked just like it right in front of them and he would do it to everyone with the stroke of a pen, when Constantine, the Emperor of Rome, declared that with the dawn of a new day every citizen, every pagan, every Gentile in his kingdom would wake up the next day a part of a “Christian” nation. There was no need for a true conversion to Christianity. No need for true repentance or developing a personal relationship with Jesus or change what they believed or worshiped, but starting on this new day everyone would suddenly become a Christian.
The faith and teachings of Jesus Christ, is one which calls for separating oneself from the ways of this world, but these teachings were pushed aside by this new Christianity, which wanted to control the people and did so by absorbed all beliefs into its ranks and considered that all religions would lead to salvation in their church. All one had to do was adopted the terminology of this new religion as Constantine and following emperors used this new religion to establish beliefs that had no foundation in the word of God. This was the beginning of the world’s slide into the Dark Ages where knowledge and access to the truth was forbidden; by none other than the leaders of this new church and anyone who took a stand against it were persecuted and killed.
The true teachings of the Bible encourage and even demand its followers to separate themselves from the ways of this world and have nothing to do with it. But this new church didn’t care about that, they adopted practices, beliefs and traditions from their former pagan worship and merged them into this new religion and became part of it, just like the Jews adopted the ways of the nations around them. They created excuses for their actions saying they had conquered these pagan religions and in doing that took over their holidays as now belonging to Christians, even though, as we will learn shortly, God’s word commands us to erase all memory of these pagan deities and their practices. Instead we have erased God’s commands from our memories, but continue to practice and worship these pagan deities.
In the Bible God reveals that He wants His people to worship Him by celebrating Seven Feasts or Festivals that reveal special hidden mysteries, to act as reminders and rehearsals to His people to lead them away from the ways of this world. Until the time of Constantine the Christians of “The Way” celebrated these Seven Feasts of the Lord in light of what Christ had done to fulfill their meanings and these were used to teach Christians about what Jesus had brought into their lives. However, as this new Christianity emerged it instead transformed pagan holidays and used their own traditions to worship God, turning what was once meaningful into a worthless pagan ritual, as the Feast of the Passover became Easter, the celebration of the pagan goddess of fertility where worshipers chased eggs and rabbits. And rejected the fall festivals and instead chose to worship the pagan goddess of trees, Asherah calling it a “Christmas” tree, which God hated, on the one day God would never have Jesus born, December 25th. The birthday of all their other pagan gods. (Read: “The Holiday Paradox” to learn more).
Eventually any true representation of the original Seven Festivals of the Lord were pushed out of the way, ridiculed and denounced as “Jewish” traditions that Christians should have nothing to do with. The Jews were once again alone and the target of attacks as the ways of God was trampled underfoot and twisted by pagan corruption. Instead of being a people of holiness, being set apart from the ways of this world, it became a religion of acceptance and exaltation of everything but the truth, allowing the inclusion of teachings from any religions that would accept its ways and sending the world into the Dark Ages.
Satan thought he had won. He had plunged Christianity and mankind into darkness where they could never escape and returned his focus to the destruction of the Jews, even to the point of using this new Christianity as one of his destroyers. Satan reveled at the destruction he had caused and mocked God that He would never be able to finish His plan. But God had always had those who truly loved Him and kept themselves from the deceptions around them, they would not be stopped and His plan would be fulfilled. At the appointed time, In the midst of the darkness, one man heard the Holy Spirit and listened to the voice of the God, as Martin Luther stood up and declared that salvation comes by faith, not by the works of men in the church. With Martin Luther others began to rise up and the reformation began a restoration of God’s plan for man, bringing the truth of His word to those people who would listen and in spite of Satan’s best efforts to destroy them, the spirit of these true Christians could not be stopped.
In the years that followed God raised up many faithful men and women who brought forth the truth of the word of God, but they were all just stepping stones building toward the revelation and restoration of the full freedom of the word of God. Their understanding was limited by those that came before them through what had already been revealed. God knew that revealing too much too fast would be difficult for many to receive, so he released these divine revelations ever so slowly waiting until a solid foundation was built before releasing the next revelation from his word. Even though many desired to understand more, most were not ready for deeper insight and God in His gentleness brought restoration slowly.
“And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.”
Scholars knew there was a period of seven years from the 490 years mentioned in Daniel 9 yet to be fulfilled. But they were too young to understand the unique principals of studying from a Hebrew perspective and that it was the only way to reveal what they thought was the true understanding of these books. They never saw the warnings that God had placed in the Bible and instead followed their own Western / European perspective in studying the book of Revelation, which seemed to be a singular confusing story. Armed with this seven year period from Daniel 9:27, they saw the Seven Trumpets in Revelation and noticed that it made reference to 42 months or 3½ years and even though the Seven Bowls had no similar reference to time, they thought they found the answer to understanding the book of Revelation. They developed a doctrine where they took this verse in Daniel 9:27 and added it to the book of Revelation, stretching it across the Seven Trumpets and the Seven Bowls of Wrath saying that the trumpets were the first 3½ years and the bowls were the second 3½ years creating what we know as “The Seven-Year Tribulation” and used the “midst of the week” to explain the interruption of the sacrifice by the Beast and False Prophet in Revelation 12 & 13.
It all seemed to make sense, and this teaching began growing in popularity and has become an established doctrine within the Church for over 150 years, with many other teachings and doctrines that have grown out of it. While it all seems perfectly reasonable and acceptable, there are two very important, very critical issues that were totally ignored. In creating this doctrine of a Seven-Year Tribulation they ignored two very clear and very explicit commandments in the word of God not to do the very things that they had just done.
In Daniel 12:4 God commanded Daniel to seal the book until the end times when travel and knowledge had been greatly increased. Because the book was sealed and classified top secret until the end times it meant that any attempts to understand or use the book of Daniel before that time would create erroneous teachings that would deceive people.
Daniel 12:4 NLT
But you, Daniel, keep this prophecy a secret; seal up the book until the time of the end, when many will rush here and there, and knowledge will increase.”
The second commandment they ignored was when they took Daniel 9:27 out of the book of Daniel, which was sealed and added it to the book of Revelation for the purpose of creating an interpretation of Revelation that they felt made sense. Doing this effectively and clearly violated the commandment of Revelation 22:18, 19, not to add or remove anything to this book. This commandment speaks specifically to the book of Revelation, because it says “this book of prophecy,” which excludes the rest of the Bible and means we can’t take from other scriptures and add them to this book.
Revelation 22:18, 19 NLT
18. And I solemnly declare to everyone who hears the words of prophecy written in this book: If anyone adds anything to what is written here, God will add to that person the plagues described in this book.
19. And if anyone removes any of the words from this book of prophecy, God will remove that person’s share in the tree of life and in the holy city that are described in this book.
Because of the level of their understanding and where they were in the process of the restoration that God was working, they never realized what they had done; they didn’t understand the importance of studying from a Hebrew perspective. They ignored these commandments and began promoting this new teaching as a better way to understand Bible Prophecy, but instead of bringing the light of the God’s word, it brought darkness and confusion that has blocked us from seeing the truth within these scriptures from being revealed. From God’s point of view, there was still much more restoration that the Holy Spirit had to bring restoring our understanding of his word before we would be ready to understand what had happened here and why this teaching was wrong. He would have to wait until the Final Restoration before this could be corrected.
As the plan progressed God continued to restore the truth of His word through His Apostles and Prophets, those called to stand up at their appointed time. The Lord has revealed and brought much restoration of understanding of his word including a restoration of the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and speaking in tongues, of healing and believing by faith, of learning the importance of watching what we say and speaking from our place in him through faith. He has taught us that he wants us blessed and prosperous, full of the power of his word and much more.
There will always be those who cling to a restoration of revelation and get stuck creating their own traditions of men, limiting God and limiting their own understanding in the word of God, but there are even more that hunger and thirst to know every aspect of the righteousness that God has for them. These are the ones who excel in the heart of God, who know that the limits of God are past finding (Rom. 11:33). God is going to spend eternity revealing his magnificent glory before man. These are the ones who are counted among the wise who know that any new revelation must always line up with the everlasting word of God in the Bible. While those who put limits on God and cling to old traditions will one day wake up to discover their traditions will no longer help them and will suffer the fate of the foolish virgins in Matthew 25:1-13. In the last days God is going to shake everything in heaven and on earth (Heb. 12:26, Hag. 2:6), and this includes any teachings that are built upon the traditions of men that do not line up with the truth of his word. That time has come and we must be vigilant and cautious in what we believe in and ensure that it is indeed built upon the truth of the scriptures and that is the reason why God has prepared and sent his servant to bring this final restoration and revelation so that you are not shaken by these things.
Looking back on those things the Lord has restored to the Church, we can now understand that the last days mentioned in Daniel 12:4 did not even begin until the 1950’s with the advent of the computer and international travel, which brought an explosion of knowledge and rapid transit and the fulfillment of many other prophecies, such as the restoration of the Jews to the land of Israel and the rebirth of the Hebrew language. We must realize that this teaching of a Seven-Year Tribulation has been taught so intensely over the past 150 years that it has reached a point that every teacher, every scholar, every preacher today who looks at the book of Revelation sees Daniel 9:27 hidden in their mind, laying on top of the book of Revelation forcing them to see the Seven-Year Tribulation, to the point that they cannot even look at that book without this influence working in their mind, this is known as a “Tradition of Men” and instead of bringing us clear understanding it instead darkens our understanding and creates a stronghold in the mind because it violated the commandments of God. This tradition is so strong, just the mention of anything contrary to this belief triggers massive emotional and sometime violent reactions.
This teaching has been so pervasive that without knowing it we have all fallen under these commandments and are all subject to the judgments found within these commandments. We must shake ourselves to cast off such teachings and then seek to discover the wonderful revelation of the mysteries waiting for us in the book of Revelation and Bible Prophecy. For those who steadfastly refuse the release this teaching from their lives should be aware of this. The commandment not to add or remove anything to the book of Revelation also means that anyone who agrees with and follows such a teaching has joined themselves with that teaching and is subject to the judgments of these commandments. Satan once again succeeded in deceiving Christian Scholars, just like he did with the Pharisees in the time of Jesus’ first coming. Their traditions caused them to miss the Messiah when he came the first time and these traditions will also cause us to miss the Messiah when he comes a second time, if we refuse to repent and seek the truth of the word of God. But unlike the Pharisees, we have the benefit of being able to hear the warnings of the Holy Spirit, if we are willing and obedient. The important thing is that we must adhere to and follow the word of God in truth, for when we stand before Jesus the only thing he will be concerned about is did you love him and did you listen to and obey his word?
John 14:23-24 NLT
Jesus replied, “All who love Me will do what I say. My Father will love them, and We will come and make Our home with each of them. 24. Anyone who doesn’t love Me will not obey Me. And remember, My words are not My own. What I am telling you is from the Father who sent Me.
As the restoration of God’s plan comes into clear understanding we can see the hand of God restoring the blessings into the lives of the believers, meeting all our needs and bringing abundance into our lives so we can fulfill his covenant and complete the restoration of mankind, but to do that the Lord needs those who can throw off the spirit of poverty and criticisms of those like Judas, who thought a vial of perfume should have been sold and given to the poor. Such thinking is from Satan just as Judas was, but those who break free from this spirit of deception will step into a realm where money will flow through their lives in abundance growing the Kingdom of God (Matt 25:29). They will listen to the Holy Spirit and know when and how to move within the realm of finances to create great wealth for the Kingdom, even creating businesses owned by churches that provide more than they will ever need. They are fully prepared for the outpouring of the Glory of God in these last days to expand the Kingdom of God in one massive push before Jesus comes to take his Bride and the wrath of God is poured out in the Tribulation.
With all these things restored to God’s people, those who are mature are ready to receive this revelation of The Final Restoration, the final tools and the final empowerment’s, so they will be prepared for the things coming on the earth, able to warn others and bring many into saving love of Christ Jesus, because a day is coming when it will be too late. The amount of revelation that is available here is massive and there is no way I can cover every aspect of these events within this introduction, but I will give you a glimpse into this revelation of the Final Restoration and what is going to happen.
In Acts 3, Peter and John go to the Temple where Peter heals a crippled beggar. As the three of them enter the Temple a crowd forms and Peter begins to share what the Lord had done in healing this man. While he is talking he gives us a word of prophecy for the last days by saying:
Act 3:21 NLT
“For he must remain in heaven until the time for the final restoration of all things, as God promised long ago through his holy prophets.”
Ephesians 4:11-15 NLT
Now these are the gifts Christ gave to the church: the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, and the pastors and teachers. 12. Their responsibility is to equip God’s people to do His work and build up the church, the body of Christ. 13. <strong “mso-bidi-font-weight:=”” normal”=””>This will continue until we all come to such unity in our faith and knowledge of God’s Son that we will be mature in the Lord, measuring up to the full and complete standard of Christ. 14. Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. 15. Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of His body, the church.
Revelation 19:10 KJV
And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
Revelation 19:10b AMP
…For the substance (essence) of the truth revealed by Jesus is the spirit of all prophecy [the vital breath, the inspiration of all inspired preaching and interpretation of the divine will and purpose, including both mine and yours].
The word used here for “spirit” also means “essence” or “core” and it is this spirit of prophecy that is the foundational key for understanding prophecy [all Bible Prophecy] and if our understanding of His testimony is not in unity, then our knowledge of the Son of God is not in unity, blocking our understanding and the way of His return. Our understanding of the book of Revelation is of utmost importance to us in these last days. Yet our “knowledge” of his testimony is so splintered and contradictory there is no clear unity in our knowledge of the Son of God. We fight and bicker over whose opinion about Bible Prophecy is correct. Whether someone believes the Rapture will happen before the Tribulation (Pre-Trib), in the Middle (Mid-Trib) or after the Tribulation (Post-Trib), and out of which an abundance of theories and theologies have formed that contradict each other. This infighting has reached a point that there is now a segment of the Church which totally ignores Bible Prophecy all together claiming it will all pan-out in the end (Pan-Trib).
These conflicts are not unity of the “knowledge of the Son of God,” nor is it honoring the testimony of Jesus. It is in fact the spirit of the Antichrist and a lie from the enemy. It is exactly where Satan wants the Church, totally confused and in conflict with itself over the very book that stands as the exclusive and singular testimony of Jesus himself. Because of these things it is impossible for Jesus to return, because we are totally out of alignment with the scriptures above and our disunity is blocking his return.
That is why God has called and sent his prophet to restore the testimony of Jesus and bring unity of our knowledge of Jesus, the Son of God so that we can come together in the unity of our faith <strong “mso-bidi-font-weight:=”” normal”=””>and knowledge of the Son of God. That is why he gave me open access into heaven for over 10 years and revealed those things in the book: Tell Them to Prepare – The Final Restoration. Like John, I may have written that book, but it was Jesus who revealed it, taught it and dictated it to me and I argued with him over much of it while he was teaching it to me.
God has committed my entire life to preparing me for this day and hour. I have been set as a timepiece to signal the end of this age, to be the voice of God to bring the Final Restoration and prepare the Bride of Christ for the Rapture. He has given me revelation and insight into understanding things about heaven, earth and what is going to happening in the coming years by opening doors that allowed me to visit Heaven on a regular basis and opened revelations that have broken the strongholds of the Traditions of Men. He has shown me the span of time from the creation of man to far into the future where God wants to take us. His desire and calling for you, is to provide you with this insight and has made it available to you in the book: Tell Them to Prepare – The Final Restoration. This book reveals all the games and deceptions Satan has introduced into the Church over the centuries, clearly showing their origins, their deceptions and the truth found in the word of God. If one is willing to learn and overcome their own traditions of men, they will be given the blessing of being able to see revelations and insights never before seen in the Bible. Conflicts and confusion about the book of Revelation will disappear and be replaced by simple and easy to understand teachings that line up with the whole of the word of God.
Matthew 25:13 NLT
“So you, too, must keep watch! For you do not know the day or hour of My return.”
Mark 13:23 NLT
“Watch out! I have warned you about this ahead of time!”
Mark 13:35-37 NLT
“You, too, must keep watch! For you don’t know when the master of the household will return–in the evening, at midnight, before dawn, or at daybreak. 36. Don’t let him find you sleeping when he arrives without warning.
37. I say to you what I say to everyone: Watch for him!”
Luke 21:34-36 NLT
“Watch out! Don’t let your hearts be dulled by carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Don’t let that day catch you unaware, 35. like a trap. For that day will come upon everyone living on the earth. 36. Keep alert at all times. And pray that you might be strong enough to escape these coming horrors and stand before the Son of Man.”
The key to the beginning of this understanding is to return to the beginning of the Bible to Genesis 1 & 2. When we read these two chapters we see something that God has laid out for us that is a key to understanding the Bible. In these two chapters we see the story of creation told twice, but each time it is told from a very different point of view. This is what is know as a “Law of First Mention,” which means it sets a precedence for application that is used throughout the rest of the Bible. Throughout the Bible we see the commandments that tell us everything is established on the testimony of two or three witnesses. Here in Genesis 1 & 2 we are given two testimonies of the creation. We are also given the pattern of how to study these testimonies as they are placed side-by-side. When we find two stories telling the same thing we are to bring those two stories together and study them in parallel and in doing that gain an even greater depth of understand than if they were studied by themselves.
When Jesus began teaching me to study the book of Revelation He told me that the book of Revelation was not one single story but a collection of seven stories that must be studies in parallel, instead of a single story. Doing this requires breaking the tradition of men established by Scholars when they created the teaching of a Seven-Year Tribulation, which forced us to look at this book as one story. Like the rest of the Bible, the book of Revelation was written from a Hebrew perspective. To break that stronghold we must go back to the book of Genesis 1 & 2, where we find two stories of creation. These are not meant to be studied as one story but actually as two stories that should be placed side-by-side in parallel. When we do this we gain greater understanding because each story by itself lacks important information, but side-by-side they create a complete picture. The entire Bible was designed by God to be studied in parallel, taking related passages and bringing them together to get greater understanding than one could by studying the individual passages by themselves. There are many who have learned to study the Bible in this way, but when we read the book of Revelation we get trapped in this stronghold of a Seven-Year Tribulation that forces us to see only one story, but when that tradition is broken and the book of Revelation is studied as a collection of seven short stories in parallel, it opens doors of understanding that have never been experienced before. To learn more on this read the teaching: How to Find Seven Stories of the book of Revelation. The seven stories are:
1. The Seven Letters
2. The Seven Trumpets
3. The Beast and False Prophet
4. The Seven Bowls of Wrath
5. The Mystery Babylon
6. The Millennium
7. New Beginnings
Once you can accept that the book of Revelation is a collection of seven stories you are ready to go deeper and begin studying those stories in parallel. Of these seven stories, four (2, 3, 4, 5) tell the same story, but from different perspectives. This can be seen in the Revelation Cross Reference Chart available on the website. Take special note of the scriptures that creates links with each other. These are all talking about the same events but each one gives a slightly different point of view. All of these things are described in the book and various articles on the website.
When we study this book in parallel as seven stories and bring these stories into alignment with each other something marvelous happens as the entire book of Revelation begins to lose its confusion and conflicts between scriptures disappear. For example: The belief in a Seven-Year Tribulation gave birth to a debate as to when the Rapture would happen and has created major conflicts within the Church that exist to this day. Some say it will happen before the Tribulation (Pre-Trib), others who claim it will happen in the middle (Mid-Trib) or after (Post-Trib) the Tribulation. Each of these teachings found valid scriptures that talk about the Rapture of the Church, but because we were forced to see the book of Revelation as one story we argue over the other two scriptures, because the Rapture can happen only once. But when we break free of this tradition and see the book as seven stories we can set these stories side-by-side and study them in parallel. Suddenly we can see that there are indeed three passages about the Rapture and they all happen at the same point in time and are in perfect agreement with each other, but they are found in three different stories, and this makes a lot more sense than that old tradition we have been clinging to for centuries. It removes the conflicts, the confusion, the mystery and the debate over who is right and brings us into unity of the faith and knowledge of Jesus’ testimony. It is important to note that, in parallel studies, the more times something is repeated in scripture the more important it is. In the book of Revelation there are three events that are repeated three times; The Rapture, The Tribulation and The Return of Christ.
Something else happens when we bring these stories together in parallel. Suddenly mysteries all over the book of the book of Revelation suddenly disappear, such as agreement as to the length of the Tribulation, it is repeated many times and it is not seven years, it’s only three and one-half years. And once we have come to understand the beautiful tapestry of revelation created this way, something else suddenly begins to happen. The rest of the Bible Prophecy, throughout the Bible suddenly begins to make sense as well. The confusion and the conflicts fade away and a clear and simple sequence of events takes its place. And all of these things have been hidden from us because we have believed this Tradition of Men that created a Seven-Year Tribulation and its multitude of variations. All of these things come into agreement to bring forth our unity in the faith and knowledge of the Son of God. The book: Tell Them to Prepare goes into all of these things in detail.
Before we enter the period of the Sixth Seal the Caliphate, the Antichrist’s kingdom, will come together, but initially it will be very unstable and no one will think of it as anything great, but they will be surprised that it has been restored. This is not the Revived Roman Empire. There is nothing within scriptures that teach or support the existence of a Revived Roman Empire. Teachings that promote this belief rest upon assumptions and taking scriptures out of context and I go into detail in the book explaining this. The teaching of a Revived Roman Empire and the reason the European Union even wants to think of itself as the Revived Roman Empire, is because the Church has taught this lie for so long even the nations believe it. The Bible always has been and always will be a book centered around Jerusalem and Israel in the Middle East and the kingdom of the Antichrist must also be in the Middle East, not some European concept of a Revived Roman Empire.
Once established an agreement will be made that will allow the Jews to build their temple on the temple mount, but just the temple. The outer courts will not be built, making the areas for sacrifice open to public viewing and is this will result in future events that will transpire. During this time those in the Church who are wise must prepare and position themselves for what is going to happen next.
As we enter into the time of the Sixth Seal, at the appointed time, there will be a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit. All the nations will be shaken, not only by earthquakes, but from the power and demonstration of the power of God in those who are prepared. When this happens an announcement will be given which is the midnight call in Matthew 25:6. This is part of the great shaking and out pouring mentioned in Revelation 6:12-17. The entire Church will waken to the realization of what is happening, but those who have been foolish, believing in their traditions will realize that they are not prepared and will turn to those who are wise and are prepared, but will not find help, because the preparation of the Bride comes only through intimate relationship with Jesus (Matthew 25:1-13, Read the mini-book: How to Guarantee You Make the Rapture). At the same time as this massive move of the Holy Spirit there will be nations and many peoples who will come to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but it will also be accompanied by a massive increase in persecution against all Christians and Jews around the world. This outpouring of the Holy Spirit will bring about the sealing of the 144,000 Jews (Rev. 7:1-8 & 14:1-5) who will be testimonies for Jesus during the 3½ years of the Tribulation, this is not the Rapture.
After the Caliphate has formed the Antichrist will appear with answers to problems no one else can solve. Note: Whoever claims to be the Caliph when the Caliphate forms is not the Antichrist. The Antichrist cannot appear until after the Caliphate has been formed. He will be very charismatic and become very popular, coming to power very quickly and amaze everyone with his knowledge and abilities (Rev. 13:1-5). He will use the very deceptions of the tradition about a Seven-Year Tribulation and related teachings to deceive those not prepared, that he is a better answer to their needs. Because these traditions have failed those who believed in them and are no longer viable to the mass of Christians who believed in them, they will fall away and be pulled into the deceptions of the Antichrist as a source of better answers than what Christianity taught. Traditional Christianity will become a joke and mockery for those who are pulled into this religion of the Antichrist and False Prophet.
While all of this is going on those Christians, who have not been tricked by these traditions, nor soiled their garments with the ways of this world, will stand up and do exploits, declaring and demonstrating the power of God. The Antichrist and all who follow him will attack them and some will die, but others will perform miracles that will draw untold numbers into the kingdom of God. Lines will be drawn and the world will take sides following either the one true God or the Antichrist, there will be no middle ground and the saints of God will do battle with the Antichrist. The Gospel will be shared with the whole world, preaching this truth and warning the nations to avoid the Antichrist. While the Antichrist will have worldwide influence he will not rule the entire world, although toward the end of the Tribulation he will attempt to do so. One has to study the chapter on “The Mystery Babylon” to get the details of this, but he will have his own kingdom and the nations that follow him will adopt his ways. A word study of the scriptures reveals that the beast will “chew on,” but will not devour or possess the nations of the world. Much of this has already begun through the attempts of Islam to integrate and influence the nations of the world.
The Fall of Babylon is much more than most teachers understand. The city on seven hills spoken of in The Mystery Babylon is not a reference to any one religion or city on the earth, such as Rome, which is the traditional storyline, but rather many cities resting on seven foundations. Each hill represents one foundational element that is required to keep any cultural group (town, city, county, state, or nation) in existence. If any one of these foundation is removed the entire structure will falter and fall. This is what the Fall of Babylon is all about. It is not the fall of a city, or a religion, but the fall of the civilization and culture we are now living in. It impacts every person, every city and every nation on this planet and there is only one way to avoid it, which is to live in the Kingdom of God, which will replace it. The Fall of Babylon is the Tribulation period and each of the judgments of the Tribulation directly relates to one of the seven foundations of this Babylonian civilization and occurs in a very specific pattern.
Sometime during the period of the Sixth Seal the Jews will finish the temple and begin animal sacrifice. When this happens the nations of the world will be watching and this will create such uproar of protests against the Jewish people that the Antichrist will be given authority to move in and put a stop to it. When he does, he will take control of the temple and the False Prophet will shortly after that setup the abomination of desolation (the image of the beast), which in some form will come to life and demand everyone be given a mark. There is far too much to be taught on this one subject for us to go into detail here.
When all these things occur the Antichrist will begin declaring himself god and this is the time when the Jews are to flee for their lives. When the image is setup there will be a period of 30 days before the Tribulation begins. It will be during this period that the Rapture will most likely occur. It takes wisdom and an understanding of Hebrew culture to understand the phrase that “no man knows the day or the hour” and this is true, but we will know the times and the seasons when his return is imminent.
There are many in the Church today who teaches that all of the prophecies required before the Rapture can happen have been fulfilled and that the Rapture can happen at any time. How I wish that were true, but when we study the book of Revelation in parallel, we discover there are a whole lot of things yet to happen before Jesus can take his bride. We have covered a number of them just in the last few paragraphs and it is important for all Christians to be aware of this. Not knowing these things leaves the unity of our knowledge of Jesus in question and pushes those who are unprepared for these events into being deceived by the Antichrist and full of fear. It is everyone’s responsibility who learns of these things, including teachers, pastors, evangelists, prophets and apostles to prepare all Christian people for the war that we are going to experience against the Antichrist. This escapism theology that we will be taken out before all of this begins is another one of those traditions of men from Satan that was born out of the tradition of a Seven-Year Tribulation, which falls apart under the truth of scripture.
When the Rapture does occur, those who are wise and prepared, have an intimate relationship with the Jesus, will be shining like the sun here on earth and suddenly they will be gone. Those Christians who were foolish and did not develop that intimate relationship with Christ are still the Church, but those who are taken are now the Bride and will live forever in the presence of God, being one with him. Those left behind must endure the Tribulation for the next 3½ years with only one hope. If they can die for Christ during this time they will, after the Tribulation be resurrected in a glorified body with those who were raptured. Additionally, there is a warning for those Christians who have an idea of fleeing these things during the Tribulation. They risk the judgment of the Church after the Tribulation and the possibility of being cast into outer darkness with the heathen (Matt 25:14-30). Christians are called to be strong and courageous in the face of these things and be willing to die for Christ. Those who are fearful and flee, risk not being allowed to enter into the Kingdom of God. All of these things are explained in the book: <strong “mso-bidi-font-weight:=”” normal”=””>Tell Them to Prepare – The Final Restoration.
Immediately after the Rapture there will be a period of silence, total peace. Those on the earth will think the golden age has finally come, now that those pesky Christians have disappeared, and the world they have always wanted has finally come. But this time of silence is actually the command of God giving those on the earth the opportunity to repent and turn to him. They don’t know it but they are simply in the eye of the storm. God is looking in to confirm that what comes next, must come. Once God is satisfied that man has not changed and repented of his ways the judgments of the Tribulation will begin.
- The Seven Trumpets
- The Seven Bowls of Wrath
- The Seven Foundations of the Mystery Babylon
Trumpet & Bowl of Wrath
1st Judgment – Earth
2nd Judgment – Sea
3rd Judgment – Rivers
4th Judgment – Sun
5th Judgment – Darkness
6th Judgment – Euphrates
7th Judgment – Christ Rules
1st Judgment – Earth (Rev. 8:6-7, 16:1-2), Babylonian Foundation: Land
The 1st Judgment is against how man has defied God regarding agriculture and how he takes care of the land and animals. In this judgment all the crops will fail and one-third of the food bearing trees will die. The hail and fire mixed with blood speak to man’s disobedience and his playing god with pesticides, preservatives, and genetic manipulation. Don’t think animals won’t be involved in this. If all the grain is destroyed, animals are going to die also. The secondary result of these things will be the sores that will appear on those who have the mark of the beast.
2nd Judgment – Sea (Rev. 8:8-9, 16:3), Babylonian Foundation: Trade
Each judgment is connected to the judgment preceding it. Due to the failure of agriculture and the lack of food a natural impact will cause businesses to fall apart. This second judgment is against the way man has ignored God in how they are supposed to conduct business. The mountain mentioned in these scriptures refers to how the very foundations of business will be destroyed. In scripture sea going vessels where commonly connected to business. This judgment destroys the very life blood of business.
3rd Judgment – Rivers (Rev. 8:10-11, 16:4-7), Babylonian Foundation: Lifestyle
As the food supply and businesses fall apart, the lifestyle people live will become very hard. The rivers speaks to the way men live their lives and this judgment is against men for the way they live their daily lives, which will make life very bitter, because they would rather do their “own thing” than follow the ways of God, which bring peace and abundance. When this judgment comes they will no longer be able to enjoy life.
4th Judgment – Sun (Rev. 8:12-13, 16:8-9), Babylonian Foundation: Religion
How many times throughout the scriptures and how many different cultures on the earth is there that connects the sun with religion? But Prophecy Scholars rarely made the connection here. This judgment is against how man created his own religions and worshiped the gods and idols they created rather than worshiping the one true God. As the lifestyles of men is destroyed they will naturally turn to their religion for salvation and help, but they will find nothing. Religions will fall apart under the weight not being able to solve these problems. Instead of solving their problems these religions will turn on their followers and burn them.
5th Judgment – Darkness (Rev. 9:1-12, Rev 16:10-11), Babylonian Foundation: Understanding
There is a mountain of revelation in this one judgment, but we don’t have the time to get into all of it. As the religions are failing, the understanding of men becomes darkened. Men won’t be able to reason clearly. In the midst of this judgment a third beast rarely seen in traditional teachings is revealed who will bring great pain to the people of the earth. He will be the third personage (the Unholy Spirit) that will join with the Antichrist just before the preparation for the Battle of Armageddon. The interpretation of the name of this third beast means: “the destroyer of civilization.” This judgment is against the way man has used and abused knowledge, understanding and education to manipulate and control this world, contrary to God’s laws. The locusts mentioned here will have the power to twist reality and torment people who do not have God’s seal on their foreheads. The torment will be such that men will seek death, but will not find it. The darkness and suffering will be of such a level that men will do things that they normally would not and these actions will set the stage for the 6th Judgment.
6th Judgment – The Euphrates (Rev. 9:13-21, 16:12-16), Babylonian Foundation: Economy
The economy is going to collapse, but not until the 6th Judgment. The word Euphrates means: good and abounding. The connection to a river means that it is something that flows. The economy is a force that is constantly flowing and in this judgment it is going to dry up causing worldwide devastation resulting from what was done in the 5th Judgment in a desperate attempt to save their civilization. This judgment is against the way men have ignored God’s commandments on how to manage their economy by doing such things as resetting the economy with the Jubilee, and because of that this economy is finally going to fail and die, drying up and pushing the nations to converge on the nation of Israel thinking they are the cause, but in fact they are being prepared for the battle of Armageddon, which actually begins in this judgment.
7th Judgment – It Is Done! (Rev. 11:15-19, 16:17-21, 19:11-21), Babylonian Foundation: Government
This judgment is the collapse of the last foundation of the Babylonian civilization. It will be buried never to be remembered and now the Kingdom of God will be in control and all nations will be guided and judged according to the laws of God and this kingdom will last forever. The battle of Armageddon is the fulfillment of Ezekiel 39, but not Ezekiel 38. Ezekiel 38 and 39 are two separate events and Ezekiel 38 will be fulfilled at the end of the Millennium. The book explains how to tell these two stories apart from each other. At the end of the Tribulation Jesus returns on a white horse with the saints (his bride) and his angels. Who defeat the armies of the earth in the battle of Armageddon, and then spread out across the globe to judge all of mankind in the judgment seat of Christ. Jesus will throw the Antichrist and False Prophet directly into the Lake of Fire, while Satan and his minions will be bound and cast into the abyss where they will have no power to influence or deceive man for 1000 years.
Matt 7:21-23 NLT
21. “Not everyone who calls out to me, ‘Lord! Lord! ‘ will enter the Kingdom of Heaven. Only those who actually do the will of my Father in heaven will enter. 22. On judgment day many will say to me, ‘Lord! Lord! We prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name. ‘ 23. But I will reply, ‘I never knew you. Get away from me, you who break God’s laws. ‘
Matt 10:40-42 NLT
40 “Anyone who receives you receives me, and anyone who receives me receives the Father who sent me. 41 If you receive a prophet as one who speaks for God, you will be given the same reward as a prophet. And if you receive righteous people because of their righteousness, you will be given a reward like theirs. 42 And if you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded.”
In our own history, any time a kingdom was conquered the new rulers would judge the subjects of the old kingdom to determine if they were a threat to the new kingdom. Jesus has just destroyed Babylon and now the subjects of that old kingdom are being judged to determine if they are worthy to be given a chance to prove themselves in this new kingdom dispensation where Jesus will be the Lord of all. They are not being given any guarantee of eternal salvation. Most of these people will adopt and live in the ways of God and enjoy blessed lives. But there will be some who will be allowed in as subjects of the new kingdom, who had shown kindness to the brethren but have no real interest in being ruled over by this new king and don’t want anything to do with this new kingdom. Some will cause skirmishes and fighting, and will be confronted. Those few who continue to live unto themselves and rebel will be judged by the saints and be quickly dealt with.
Some may think; if that is the case, then what value is there in accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior now? Much in every way, for the salvation of faith is an eternal salvation; an empowerment to live through the power of the Holy Spirit, for those who live by faith will be given places of authority in the Millennial Kingdom, while those who are allowed into the Millennial Kingdom through this judgment are given no guarantees of eternal salvation. While Satan will be bound and can no longer deceive the nations for 1000 years, the Holy Spirit will fill the earth and be the guiding force in people’s lives, it will still be the responsibility for each individual to decide to follow the ways of God and obey the commandments of Jesus who will be ruling from the Temple in Jerusalem. The dispensation of Grace (Times of the Gentiles) has come to an end and a new dispensation has begun, which has different requirements as is mentioned below.
How can I possibly make all these claims when the very last verse of this passage says the unrighteous will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous will go into eternal life (Matt 25:46)? Understanding this requires looking at Bible Prophecy as a whole and not focusing on a single verse. The answer is that there are numerous passages telling us during the millennial kingdom there will be life, death and judgments involving both the righteous and unrighteous. There are other passages that tell us that eternal life and eternal death will only happen after the Great White Throne judgment and the New Heaven and New Earth (Rev. 20-22). Like many other prophecies in the Bible this passage is a two stage prophecy. The first part is fulfilled at the return of Christ and the second part is fulfilled at the Great White Throne judgment.
This can be seen in Matthew 22:1-14, which shows a king having a great celebration after destroying those whom would not come to his wedding feast. This is not speaking about the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, which will be held in Heaven. In this wedding feast all those who were invited were not worthy of that honor to enter into the feast and were destroyed. So, the servants found anyone they could find and brought them in. Now in those days when there was a special feast the realm would have special cloaks that would be given to the guests as a symbol of the allegiance to that realm. But in this context we are talking about the Millennial kingdom. Those who were invited were destroyed and strangers and those who did not know the son but were allowed to enter. But after they all entered there was one found who did not have the wedding garment or who did not give their allegiance to that realm. When confronted they said nothing or would not repent and were bound and cast into outer darkness, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. It will be the same in the Millennial kingdom. Many will be allowed in who never knew the son and most will give the allegiance to Jesus, but there will be those who will rebel and they will be confronted and if they do not repent will be cast out.
After these things there will be an initial stabilization period and work will begin on restoring and finishing the temple, which will take two years and 10 months to complete and then the temple will be anointed and Jesus will begin ruling from the Temple. Even though the previous Babylonian Civilization has been destroyed and everyone is now part of the Kingdom of God, the old mentality of that Babylonian Kingdom will still be a very powerful influence in the minds of most people. While Satan has been bound for 1000 years, his influence to deceive will be gone and he cannot be blamed for deceiving the people. The knowledge and the Spirit of God will fill the earth, but man will still has his free will. During this time many of the saints will travel around the world holding meetings teaching everyone how to be led by the Holy Spirit and live according to the ways of God and live by faith. Most will learn and accept these new ways and their lives will be full of peace and prosperity. There will be a small handful who will be rebellious and in the beginning will cause scattered uprisings that will quickly be dealt with and those who continue down this path will be confronted by one of the saints, encouraged to attend the meetings and shown how to learn from and allow the Holy Spirit to teach them and turn from the old Babylonian ways and live a life of blessing. If they do not change after being given the proper warnings they will be judged.
During this first 100 years, what little there is that remains from the old Babylonian Civilization will be destroyed and dismantled and replaced with an infrastructure that is in line with the kingdom of God; buildings, military, weapons, shrines, temples and yes even churches will be torn down and cleared away or replaced by structures that reflect God’s way of doing things. Cities will be destroyed or upgraded and converted to accommodate the needs of the people, not the governments or businesses as is now the case. Anything that contains the smallest bit of remembrance of the old Babylonian system will be destroyed. The earth will be filled with the glory of God and everyone will have access to the blessing and abundance of God in their lives. They will do the work that is in their heart, doing the things they love to do, not struggling to survive and working a job they can’t stand.
This first 100 years will be compared to the exodus of the Jews to the promise land that kept them in the wilderness for 40 years. The reason I say it will be 100 years and not 40 is because 40 years was symbolic as a time of trial where those involved were tested and if they rebelled they would be cut off, while 100 represents a time of completion. The Bible also speaks to a time when a person 100 years old would be considered a child, but the wicked would never see the 100th year. The difference here is that this time we are in a new era, a new dispensation, where judgments have already been handed down and those found worthy have been allowed to enter in, while those unworthy are cast out to await the judgment of the Great White Throne at the end of the Millennium battle of Ezekiel 38. This time it will last for 100 years and those few who remain wicked will not live to the 100th year, but those who do will be considered the children of the Millennium, just as those who survived Israel’s 40 years of testing were the children (Isaiah 65:20). By the end of the 100th year anything that would remind people of the old Babylonian system will be gone and will be remembered no more. The infrastructures will have been updated and there will be no more struggle to survive as was the norm in the Babylonian civilization. There will be a great celebration as the world enters into a time of completed peace and prosperity. For those nations who enter into the fullness of the blessing and favor of the Lord there will be things like grocery stores where money is not required, as it says in Isaiah 55:1-13, just come in the gather what is needed, no need to pay for it, because it is free. All the necessities of life will be free for those who walk in the fullness of the kingdom of God. All of these things and many more are found within the Bible and come alive for those who learn to study the Bible in parallel. This should give you a basic picture of what is going to happen during this time.
Right now we are living in the <strong “mso-bidi-font-weight:=”” normal”=””>Dispensation of Grace and personally I don’t consider that an accurate title for it because God’s Grace is always going be with us, while previously each new dispensation marked an end to the previous dispensation. I prefer to call this dispensation by what Christ called it in Matthew 21:24, and was repeated by Paul in Romans 11:25 as the <strong “mso-bidi-font-weight:=”” normal”=””>Times of the Gentiles or the Dispensation of the Gentiles. This term “Times of the Gentiles” is not what most Bible Prophecy scholars are referring to when this term is used, but it more accurately reflects the time we are in, where anyone, both Jew and Gentile can enter into a personal intimate relationship with God through Christ by faith. During this time anyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved (Romans 10:13). In John 20:29 Jesus speaking to Thomas says: …because you have seen you believe. Blessed are those who have not seen and have believed. This verse sets a very pivotal point on this dispensation and points to what is going to happen after Christ’s return. When Christ died on the cross he brought salvation unto all men (Titus 2:11, Acts 13:47), so salvation is already here waiting for man to act and those who by faith (having not seen) receive that salvation will be saved. Because we cannot see Christ, our faith is our confidence as it says in Hebrews 11:1 that faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. We believe in the salvation of Christ even though we do not see him and that faith secures our salvation when he returns. That is the blessing Jesus was speaking of in John 20:29, because when he does return the power and the doctrine of “Salvation by Faith” must come to an end. Did I surprise you? Most Christians have never considered this. If faith is the substance or confidence of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen, then when we can see Jesus again, how can we use faith for salvation? Note very carefully, I did not say the end of “Faith;” I said the end of “Salvation by Faith.” Faith itself is always going to be an active part of living in God’s kingdom. However, because Jesus will be physically present here on earth and all eyes will see him (Rev 1:7), it will then be impossible for anyone to claim they are saved by faith for the hope of their salvation is already seen. At this point in time the dispensation of Grace, the “Times of the Gentiles” comes to an end and the Dispensation of the Rod of Iron begins. While “Salvation by Faith” has come to an end, the salvation Jesus brought to all mankind at the crucifixion is still here, it is during this time that the knowledge of the word of God will fill the earth, as the saints will be teaching all peoples the ways of God, the Holy Spirit will be the guiding force and Jesus will be ruling from the Temple in Jerusalem. It will be very easy to follow the ways of God and found worthy of the salvation of God and when one does sin, the mercy and grace of God will be there to forgive. But don’t ignore this, it is much easier now to make Jesus your Lord and Savior by faith and in return receive greater blessings, than to think one can be accepted into the Millennial Kingdom at the Judgment Seat of Christ. Such thinking is a sure fire way to be judged as foolish and unworthy and cast out into outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth (Matt 25:41), because you never know when your time will be up.
To understand the “Rod of Iron” one must learn what the rod was used for. The usage of the rod comes from David (Psalms 2:9 and Psalms 23:4) referring to the rod and staff of a Sheppard and each had a specific purpose. The staff was normally a long stick, usually with a hook on the end and was used to rescue sheep from undergrowth and holes. While the rod was a short wooden stick used to guide and punish sheep to keep them in line and fight off predators. The Sheppard’s would have both because the sheep would be comforted with the staff, but would be afraid of the rod. What the rod of iron introduces is the lack of flexibility that the wooden rod did not have. The wooden rod was flexible and would most likely not have the strength to break the thick clay vessels of that time, where the iron rod is strong, inflexible and easily powerful enough to break the clay vessels, which represents the nations (Rev. 2:9, 2:27, 12:5, and 19:15). That is one reason why I prefer the Dispensation of the Iron Rod over the Dispensation of the Millennial Kingdom. The Millennial Kingdom does not reflect the true nature of this time period as the previous dispensations did. During this time the nations will be directed and lead by the rules of governing from Jesus at the Temple in Jerusalem. Those that comply will be blessed and those that rebel will be smashed like clay pots with a rod of iron. This does not exclude the grace of God, mercy or living by faith as these will always be part of God’s nature, but the nations will be expected to follow the decrees, commands and protocols that Jesus establishes from Jerusalem. One of these decrees we know will be instituted will be that all nations celebrate the seven feasts of the Lord and all the pagan celebrations we currently have will come to an end.
If you would like to seek a special blessing from the Lord when he does return, seek to restore the seven annual Festivals of the Lord in the lives of your family and church in this present age, in the light of what Jesus has done for us, which are demonstrated within these feasts. Contrary to what most believe these Seven Festivals (or celebrations) are not Jewish Feasts; nowhere in the Bible does God refer to these seven feasts as Jewish feasts, but as Festivals unto the Lord. They are always called the feasts of the Lord and they will continue as celebrations during the Millennial Kingdom among all the nations to teach all people about the ways of God and remind them of what Jesus has done for them. By seeking to bring this restoration to the body of Christ today, it will show to the world that we no longer follow the ways of this world, this Babylonian civilization. The heart of God is that His people have nothing to do with the ways of this world, but to follow only those things that He has established for us in His word. Our heart is to love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind and strength, which means we pursue the heart of God for our lives and His heart is that we should enjoy the blessings of His festivals. The Jews look to the festivals to receive the blessings of the Lord in their lives during these celebrations and for the upcoming year. When we celebrate these Festivals in the light of what Christ has done for us we receive not only the blessings but the witness that we Love God. It is also part of making the Jews jealous over the freedom we have through Christ Jesus (Rom 11:11), for when they see that we celebrate these festivals and have such freedom, they will become jealous of that freedom. You can learn more about this in the teaching: “The Holiday Paradox” on the website.
Many think applying any of the teachings from the Old Testament is being legalistic and trying to be put man under the law, but these things have nothing to do with the law, but rather our love for the Lord. Christ did not come to abolish the law but to fulfill it (Matt 5:17, 18). The law demonstrates and instructs us in the best way we should live. Christ’s death does not mean the Ten Commandments came to an end but rather that his sacrifice paid the price to empower us with the Holy Spirit so we could fulfill the law. Not by ignoring the law or creating license, but because we love Christ and we are empowered by the Holy Spirit we now have the ability to fulfill the law through HIS LOVE. The greater the LOVE of Christ dwells in our hearts the less we desire the things of this world and the more we desire to pursue the ways of God. We do the right things and pursue the ways of God because our hearts desire is to please him. If we do sin we are not condemned, because of the BLOOD of Jesus and find in him the love of his forgiveness, which drives us to please him even more. No one who truly loves Christ will continue in the ways of this world for their heart is to please God not themselves. If we truly understood the Love of Christ in our lives we would be driven to cleanse our lives of everything that does not line up with his will and purge our lives of the ways of this world and the traditions of men and seek the ways of God established in his word, including worshiping him through the festivals and celebrations that he asked us to celebrate. These festivals of the Lord were never meant to be considered a decree of law, but a time of celebration to rejoice in the favor and blessings of the God.
In any kingdom there are etiquette’s and protocols that are expected within that kingdom. For example, one would never consider coming before the king without a gift. These protocols exist to honor the king and the kingdom, not to institute a burden of law and doing these things reveals the integrity of its citizens and honors its king. In the Millennium all the nations will be expected to come up to Jerusalem each year during these celebrations, with a gift and if they refuse they will not receive rain the following year (Zech. 14:16, 17). Therefore, if we are to have nothing to do with the ways of this world, how can we be partakers in a celebration that finds its origins in pagan practices that have been white washed to make them appear acceptable? And if doing things like this is what brought judgment upon the nation of Israel, why would we who have been made righteous and holy by the blood of Jesus want to partake in such things (Matt 5:17, 18)? For God is calling His Church to Holiness, which means to be set apart from what is in this world. I am not saying that things like giving gifts are wrong, because all the festivals involved giving of gifts to God and others. God has spoken about all these things in his word, but he is not going to force it on us, because we are no longer under the condemnation of the law, but he is looking for those whose LOVE of Christ dwells so richly in their hearts they want to possess every blessing that God has for them and that includes celebrating his festivals in light of the freedom we have in Christ to the point that we desire to do them on our own and by that set ourselves apart from the world. In the new kingdom such pagan practices will be not be remembered anymore and everyone will do the will of God and celebrate His festivals and He has a blessing for those who are willing and have the desire and courage to restore these things before the Lord returns. (Read: The Holiday Paradox)
Here are few suggestions for those who desire to follow after God’s ways, which is easy and just a beginning step to restoring a celebration of Festivals of the Lord for Christians. Instead of celebrating Christmas in December like the world does, celebrate the birth of Christ in September during the Festival of Tabernacles, but not with a Christmas tree. The Christmas tree has its origin as a pagan place of worship for the goddess Asherah, mentioned several times in scripture and can be a green tree or wooden pole where people would place gifts under. In Deut 16:21, 22; God told Israel never to setup a green tree next to the altar of the Lord, which he hates and if we are the temple of the Lord, why would we want to do such a thing? Instead setup a tabernacle with a manger scene at your home and have your family set their gifts around that. It would encourage children to ask about Jesus’ birth instead of Santa Claus. Gifts can be given out each day or on the last day of the celebration. Instead of Christmas parties, have Tabernacle Celebrations with friends to celebrate the birth of the Messiah. The world will think you are crazy, the Jews will be jealous and God will be blessing you for turning your back on the ways of the world.
For those who want to, go ahead and celebrate Christmas in December. God is not going reject anyone for doing this. Instead use Christmas as a time to witness the LOVE of God to the world. In this case, setup (or leave up) a manger scene, but place a Christmas tree on the opposite side of a room or the platform of a church. Decorate the Christmas tree however one wishes, but the manger should have only lights and angels, no ornaments as Christ was born in a manger in a cave and ornaments would not be there. Place presents next to the manager to honor Christ, but not under the Christmas tree, which would be honoring Asherah. In this way those who do not understand what you are doing will feel accepted and you can share the Love of Christ with them and begin the process of teaching them the difference between the traditions of the world and the word of God. I guarantee you this, if someone starts doing this in their home, the importance of a traditional Christmas tree will gradually fade away, as long as they don’t put presents under the tree. There are several books that show how to integrate the Festivals into our Christian life, get one and introduce your family and church to the Seven Feasts of the Lord. Once again these things are for those whose heart yearnings are to possess everything God has for them. There is no judgment against those who ignore this, but there is a blessing for those who cast off the ways of this world and pursue the ways of God. We don’t seek to do these things because we want to fulfill some requirement of the Law, but because we love the Lord so much we want to remind ourselves of the wonderful gifts that Jesus has given us through these things. This is why we establish special holidays and memorials to remind us of important events, but this was made as a special request by God himself, we don’t want to ignore Him on something like this because it is a source of blessing in our own lives.
There’s plenty more that can be shared, but I think you’ve got the basics of what God is doing and what is going to happen. So, how does one discover all these things in the Bible and how does one come to understand them? It’s really quite simple, get rid those religious traditions of men, obey the commandments of God and learn to study the Bible in parallel as the simple word of God. Then you will discover the wonderful insights and revelations waiting for those who seek after the truth and righteousness of God. The greatest desire of our heart is to Love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind, soul and strength and to Love our neighbor as ourselves. Allow the Love of Christ to dwell strong in your hearts and seek to possess all that God has waiting for you.
Right now we are living in the greatest time of history; the Times of the Gentiles, when anyone can by faith become part of the family of God and are glorified when Jesus comes to take his bride. But it must be a true faith that shows what one believes. For faith without works is dead, just claiming to be a Christian and continuing to live like the rest of the world gets you nothing. Such faith is a lie and such a person is deceiving only themselves. True faith is to commit one’s life to Jesus, to fall in love with him and to do his commandments, to help the poor, the fatherless and the widow. To strengthen the weak and protect those who cannot protect themselves. By doing these things and showing forth the love of Jesus in your life you show that you are a true Christian and by developing a personal intimate relationship with Jesus you will be counted among the wise and will be prepared when he comes for his bride in the Rapture.
If you have not yet committed your life to Jesus and made him your Lord and Savior, you can today by saying this simple prayer: “I believe that Jesus was raised from the dead and declare that you Jesus are my Lord and Savior, and I will commit to follow you the rest of my life. My old life is now dead to me. Fill me with your Holy Spirit and give me the heavenly prayer language that I might draw nearer to you. I believe, I receive all of this from you. Thank you Jesus for giving me new life.” If you prayed this prayer please let us know so we can celebrate in your decision to follow Christ.
All of these things are a blessing from the Lord for those who Love God and want everything he has for them. This Final Restoration brings our knowledge and understanding of Jesus Christ (the spirit of prophecy) into unity with His Word, preparing us to be victorious in this world, ready for His Glory.
Live in God’s LOVE!
