Three Days and Three Nights!

Have you ever wondered how Christianity squeezes three days and three nights in between Friday and Sunday?

Matthew 12:38-42 (ESV)
38 Then some of the scribes and Pharisees answered him saying, “Teacher, we want to see a sign from you!” 39 But he answered and* said to them, “An evil and adulterous generation desires a sign, and no sign will be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah! 40 For just as Jonah was in the belly of the huge fish three days and three nights, so the Son of Man will be in the heart of the earth three days and three nights. 41 The people of Nineveh will stand up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because they repented at the proclamation of Jonah, and behold, something* greater than Jonah is here! 42 The queen of the south will rise up at the judgment with this generation and condemn it, because she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something* greater than Solomon is here!

Truthfully it CAN’T BE DONE!  Which means our understanding of the Gospels are full of the traditions of men that overpower the truth of the Gospels.  To understand the Gospels we must understand the customs, traditions, idioms and history in the Gospels.  Having the chronological gospels can also help in understanding what is happening.  The depth of this insight is unfathomable and the deeper one goes into these things the deeper it gets.  Including the realization that  Jesus’ ministry was not 3 1/2 years (that idea was created about one hundred years later), however the chronological gospels reveal it was only about 70 weeks.  His reason for coming was not only the redemption of man, but to challenge the evil spirits, Watchers, Fallen Angels, gods and more to take back His planet.  I will get into these things later when Yehovah allows.  For now I want you to watch the video below.  It gives insight into the true outline in the Gospels as proclaimed by Jesus that he would be crucified and be in the center of the Earth for three days and three nights.

There are many traditions about the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus. Most are founded in the Idolatry of Constantine who worshiped the goddess Easter and established it as a “Christian” holiday.  It can’t be found anywhere in the Bible and if you laugh and think this doesn’t matter to God, read Exodus 23:13

Exodus 23:13 (ESV)
Pay attention to all that I have said to you, and make no mention of the names of other gods, nor let it be heard on your lips.

And remember what I have taught in the “Passion” teachings, that our reward will be based on how passionate our relationship with Jesus was.

John 14:15
If you love me, you will keep my commandments.

This is why I end my messages with…

Live in Yehovah’s LOVE!
