Election Results and Our Future

By now everyone has heard the results of the election.  And while it may seem like the end of the world, it is really the beginning of a glorious opportunity.  It is a call for the Christians to stand up in their faith and do the works that God has called them to.  In the last days the world will spiral into utter darkness around us, but we are the light of the world and the hope of Christ in this world.  Don’t feel depressed at what has happened, straighten up and start praising God that He is in control and His will be done.  The entrapment’s of deception will continue to grow darker around us, and if you are one of those who are thrilled at the recent events you better get your Bible out and start reading and praying for God to give you wisdom.  God is in control and He will bring about His plan, but to rejoice over the world pushing itself into deeper darkness is not something we should rejoice over.  Our calling is to pull up people into the light of wisdom and understanding, not burden them down with hardship in the deceptions of social engineering.  It is unfortunate, but much of the world is in a place where the pressures of loss is the only thing that will push them to seek God.  Don’t be one who needs to be pushed.  Instead get on your face and call upon the Lord and ask His will to be done in your life.  He can turn your life around into a blessing.

I will let you in on a little insight into this matter.  During this past year I have done my best to avoid listening to all the political fighting, because I new what was happening.  My hopes were that Romney would win, but in my spirit I didn’t feel any change, so I kept my mouth shut.  Had Romney been elected president the Rapture and the Tribulation would have been delayed for a few years, because it would have reversed a lot of the destructive influences that have been introduced and those would have been pushed back through natural means.  But this is not necessarily a good thing from God’s point of view, because it would have caused too many Christians to relax and lose their momentum that the body of Christ has gained.  This does not mean that this is the end of the United States.  God is not judging the one nation on earth that does more to promote the Gospel than any other.  He needs the United States, but the negative influences that have risen to power do need to be overcome, but they need to be overcome in the realm of the spirit not the flesh (natural).  Because Obama was reelected those destructive influences think they have finally won and will have full control, but we who are of the spirit of God are now required to stand through the continual spiritual intervention of the prayers and intercessions of the saints.  Our battle is not against flesh and blood (natural methods), but against spiritual wickedness in high places.  We must put on our spiritual armor and battle in the spirituals not the natural.  The plan of God will be carried out.  Don’t give up because our redemption is drawing near.Live in God’s Peace.

P.S.  I decided to delay the post for the Second Seal until after the election.  I didn’t want to talk about one of the horses of the Apocalypse in the middle of the election.  I’ll put it up this next weekend.
