The Two Dragons of Revelation

Did you know that there are two different dragons mentioned in the book of Revelation?  The 1st one is mentioned in Revelation 12-13 and the 2nd one is mentioned in Revelation 17-19 in story of The Mystery Babylon.  What most people don’t know is that these are two completely different beasts.  For many traditions have taught us that they are both representations of the Antichrist, but that is not the case.  The first dragon in Revelation 12-13 is what we would call the Antichrist, he has a 10 nations confederacy located in the east finding it roots in the Grecian, Medo-Persian, and Babylonian Empires.  What would surprise most people is that the 2nd beast in Revelation 17-19 is really not the Antichrist, but a representation of the United Nations.  These two beasts will have a relationship but they are two completely different dragons.  I go into this in detail in the chapter on “The Mystery Babylon” in the book: Tell Them to Prepare – A New Look at the book of Revelation.  When we see the book of Revelation as seven stories instead of one, everything falls into perfect alignment and understanding.
